Workshops – Terms and Conditions

• Unless otherwise stated, all of the workshops on this list are two hours in duration and cost £8.00.
• The price includes all materials required during the workshop.
• Places can be pre-booked, and must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
• To secure a place you can book in the shop or by telephone with a credit or debit card.
• In order to obtain a refund or transfer a workshop, cancellations must be advised at least fourteen days in advance.
• Transfers of workshops are subject to availability of the new workshop requested.
• Places are limited to seven people per workshop.
• The shop will remain open during the daytime workshops and for half an hour after the evening workshops.
• There will be a 10% discount available to all attendees for any goods purchased immediately after the workshops. (This discount will not apply to already discounted goods. Also, stamps on reward cards will not be available in conjunction with the 10% discount.)
  

Childrens workshops – Terms and Conditions

• All of the children’s workshops are one and a half hours in duration and cost £7.50.
• Places are limited to eight children aged six years or above per workshop.
• The price includes materials to make the items featured in a particular workshop’s theme, although sometimes it may be necessary to bring in additional items from home such as a glass jar, baked bean tin or item of clothing. Please see individual workshop’s details for further information.
• Please remember that craft activities can be messy! Whilst we will always endeavour to use washable paints and glues it is advisable for the children to wear old clothes.
• Places can be pre-booked, and must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
• To secure a place you can book in the shop or by telephone with a credit or debit card.
• In order to obtain a refund or transfer a workshop, cancellations must be advised at least fourteen days in advance.
• Transfers of workshops are subject to availability of the new workshop requested.
• During the workshops you are welcome to remain in the shop to browse, alternatively you may leave your child and return to collect them at the end of the workshop, although we do request that you ensure prompt collection as we will often have further events booked and will need time to prepare for the next workshop or party.
